exceptionally cost-effective, full-featured TCP/IP Internet
connectivity for 3.3-volt devices. Designed to meet the needs
of high-bandwidth applications, it provides an ideal solution
for Internet-enabling devices via 10/100M ethernet or
wlan,especially, soc for file server has integrated ftp server and
client on chip, so it can work as a file server with local SD/MMC
interface to expand data storage. moreover, such soc can support
transmitting the data from serial port to the remote ftp server and
store in the appointed file.

photo Overview NE-EVB3216L is
the evaluation board for NeChip Ne3216L for wired LAN applications. The PCB includes
the 3.3v Ne3216/Ne3232 as the core processor for serial-IP
application.The EVB integrate a DB9 connector as RS232/RS485
communication interface. Additionally,there is a daughter
board which provide the ethernet interface for serial-IP
applicaiton.it can support almost all of the current ethernet
adaptor.
NE-EVB3232L is the evaluation board for
Nechip Ne3232L which is used for advanced application.To
reduce the total cost of user application, Ne3232L has
integrated a smart MAC on chip, so a cheap PHY is required for
ethernet communication.It also includes a daughter board which
provide the phy for net connection.
